Understanding the Contract Terms:

Buyer agrees that he/she has read and understands the terms and conditions of their contract fully. Any breach of puppy/stud contract could be detrimental to the name and reputation of the breeder. 

Buyer understands that any violations of the terms of their contract renders all guarantees stipulated in their contract to be null and void. Breeder will then be entitled to 5x the purchase price of the puppy (including but not limited to) attorney's fees, court costs, and all expenses acquired and (or) the puppy back.
