REFUNDS:

PER THE POLICIES LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE AND IN OUR PUPPY CONTRACT, ALL DEPOSITS AND/OR PAYMENTS MADE TO SCOTTSDALE FRENCHIES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

EXCHANGES:

• WE MAY EXCHANGE YOUR PUPPY WITHIN 3 DAYS (BREEDERS DISCRETION).
• PUPPY MUST BE IN THE CONDITION IN WHICH HE/SHE WAS RECEIVED. 
• A RETURN FEE AND A REHOMING FEE OF THE PUPPY WILL APPLY. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Breeder provides a one (1) year genetic health guarantee. Should the puppy expire within the first year of ownership DUE TO A GENETIC DEFECT PASSED DOWN BY PARENT (kidney, heart, pancreas, or liver conditions). Breeder will replace the puppy under the following conditions:

1. Buyer agrees that should their puppy expire for unknown reasons and buyer requests another puppy, an autopsy should be performed on the puppy. A written statement from a board-approved veterinarian is to also be provided to the breeder with the exact cause of death (paid by the buyer). 

2. Buyer agrees to return any registration papers from the previous puppy to the breeder before receiving a replacement puppy. 

3. If the puppy expired due to the negligence of the buyer, then a replacement puppy will not be provided.

**This guarantee does NOT cover what we in the French Bulldog community consider non-genetic health conditions in this breed: cherry eye, entropion, ectropion, "loose" hips or knees, allergies, soft palate issues, hooded genitalia, undescended testicles, trachea issues, stenotic nares, inverted tails, UTI’s, fertility issues, parasitic, fungal or bacterial infection (coccidia, demodex, giardia, and common respiratory infections/conditions), hernias, etc.
